How did we do this? We developed a new Vortex based on decades of experience with prestigious customer applications.

The PATENTED Vortex spins the paint pre-atomizing it resulting in a homogeneous spray pattern that allows for excellent penetration on complex-shaped parts. The pre-atomization of the rotating paint produced by the Vortex allows for lower atomizing air with the same excellent finish and less bounce back maximizing transfer efficiency.
