The new design of the FPro P WBE has been made to spray very abrasive products (porcelain & ceramics), keeping the high spray performances of the original FPro versions while reducing maintenance costs: the heat-treated nozzle lasts longer, the special needle design, featuring a polyurethane (PU) needle tip creates a soft contact on the nozzle reducing wear. This 2 part needle concept allows the replacement of needle tip only and not the complete needle assembly.

The PATENTED pending innovative restrictor controls and pre-atomizes the paint into smaller droplets. It also slows down the paint speed and leaves time for the aircap to atomize the paint at the perfect droplet size: reducing the paint bouncing off the part and increasing transfer efficiency.
